We have a new construction home, never really used the spare bedroom and bathroom. We had company come and soon found out the pipes to the shower were flooding our spare bedroom. Since we bought slightly over a year ago the builder would not fix. We called Clarke Contractors for an estimate and to come assess the damage. We decided to use them for our home. The “clean up” was amazing. They worked hard and promptly. Amy was very knowledgeable in her work, she worked quickly to get the carpet and water up. Would highly recommend. I attached photos and will update photos as soon as the new carpet comes in!

11/9/2023 Project 2 We love our home's latest updates! Clarke Contractors orchestrated a complete symphony for our project, which was updating our 1976 home's living/dining spaces, hallway, stairs and 1/2 bath. Open communication started with sharing ideas and visions with Kristy, designer & estimator, to the excellent leadership with logistics by project manager Terry and the true teamwork with Marty, head carpenter and his team-Donny, Alazar, and Jamie, along with the electricians, plumbers, flooring installers and inspectors. Terry executed excellent communications with us and his team throughout the project. The end result is a stunning transformation for Randy and I to enjoy for many years! This is our second home renovation project with Clarke Contractors. It won't be our last! Another 5/5! 8/20/2020 Project 1 Despite the COVID-19 environment and its impact of material availability for our project, and the ups and downs of Clarke’s management throughout our project, Randy and I are very happy with the final outcome! Brian and his team did a fantastic job with our remodel. The plumber’s, carpet layer’s and electrician’s workmanships were also very professional. This project was started by Kristy and I. Kristy listened to my vision and together we made it happen. I would give Clarke a 5/5.

Had an animal chew thru a fridge line causing $20k plus damage to my finished basement. Clarke came over the same day I called, got leak fixed and everything dried out. Kristy was able to work directly w my insurance company which was very helpful since she had experience “talking insurance lingo”, and she also helped me with flooring decisions. Terry then did a great job helping to plan the logistics behind making the actual repairs. He worked closely with me to make sure the work meet or exceeded my expectations, and the folks that came in actually complete the work were professional and cleaned any messes before they left each day. He also had repair work docs I had completed thru Clark many years ago from another project, and he was able to use those old docs to help match paint colors, etc which was very helpful. It’s hard to find a reliable company / group of folks who care about quality results these days, but this group does. Would highly recommend to others!

We chose Clark contractors to restore our ceiling and downstairs bathroom after second floor water damage. Manny was assigned to us and we didn’t make it easy with our busy schedules. He communicated well, was kind and understanding and knew what he was doing when it came to the repair. You wouldn’t even be able to tell there was ever water damage!

Clarke did an absolutely awesome job at repairing my ceiling that had water damage. Rather than simply patching the ceiling and repairing the wall, Clarke offered to sand my entire ceiling smooth. Also, instead only simply doing a paint touch up, they painted all of the walls. I was blown away from the end result. Kudos to Wayne and his teammates for doing such a great job and also kudos to the inside team at being very professional and polite. Lastly, Clarke was the high bidder on this job. There is a reason they are high and that is because they are darn good at what they do. Good work ain’t cheap and cheap work ain’t good!

We have dealt with Clarke Contractors through several of our home renovations. They are our go to for home improvement projects from a kitchen remodel with tricky cabinet installation to flooring they are top notch! Our most recent renovation was my personal favorite, the transformation of this laundry room makes doing laundry not seem so bad. It went from a dingy sad space to a bright cheery room I enjoy going into. Manny was my contractor, he is very professional and detail oriented. He always took time to explain the process and his work is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Clarke Contractors for your home renovation projects!

All Claims Repairs did an outstanding job of remodeling our laundry room, giving it a fresh and clean makeover. The work done was of high quality and exceeded our expectations. The installers, Jamie and Donnie, were extremely courteous and professional and were a pleasure to work with. The process of determining the design of our remodel was easy and stress free. And the cost for the project was very reasonable and competitive compared other quotes we received. We are very happy that we selected All Claims Repairs for our remodeling project. We will definitely be using them in the future for other home projects we are planning.

I needed a bathroom remodel due to a plumbing issue. I had trouble finding contractors to come and stay on the job. All Claims was a wonderful recommendation! They helped with design and picking out finishes. They were quick, efficient, and made my new bathroom a wonderful experience.

Garage fire was an ordeal to say the least. Keith was a godsend to start things off. Knew more about insurance than my agent. Helped tremendously. Tonya,Amy,Ethel and Nathan(the cleaning crew) cleaned thing like no other. Every inch, every board by hand! Amazing!! The construction guys were outstanding as well. They made suggestions to better plan the rebuild that we never even considered. Thank you for all that. Brian,Nick,Aaronand Taylor were outstanding. Great work and great people. Lastly, Mike. Overseeing all this is very difficult I’m certain. Every single thing fell into place and you were directing it all. I can not write a review that could possibly say what you all meant to us.
