JoaquinHad a water leak in master bedroom walk in closet. Apparently it was a slow leak and could have leaking for some time. I had to remove shoes, clothes, everything from the closet. Wasn't cool, and let's just say I wasn't happy. Contacted All Claims Repair, and they sent staff to assess damage, mold, and repair. While there were some challenges along the way— as expected with any major repair - the final result is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier. That outcome is entirely thanks to the dedication and professionalism of the project manager, Scott Blair and construction lead, Francisco. The work included new flooring throughout the house, trim, drywall and painting walls, new bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets and countertops, and backsplash among other things. Throughout the process, they were attentive, communicative, and always willing to make adjustments to ensure I was satisfied. What really stood out was their help with the design aspects, especially in the kitchen. They made fantastic suggestions that improved functionality, like adding a dual trash bin drawer, spice rack, and baking sheet storage—things I didn’t even know I needed but now love. They were also flexible and accommodating when it came to my personal design choices, allowing me to use custom materials I provided, such as custom handmade tile for the kitchen backsplash. When one of the bath vanities I ordered didn’t fit the space exactly, they went above and beyond to make it work—finding the perfect trim pieces to blend the gaps seamlessly. That kind of attention to detail and commitment to finding solutions really made the experience feel collaborative and cared for. Renovations are rarely smooth from start to finish, but having a team that listens, adapts, and ultimately delivers a stunning result makes all the difference. A Google UserAmica Insurance recommended All Claims Repairs to me when it was clear that addressing the mold in 3 rooms in my house was imperative. They arrived to review what work needed to be done (getting rid rid of the mold & removing & rebuilding a few walls so no dangerous mold would remain). Amica & All Claims agreed upon the price & a document with an itemization was submitted to me. Supervisors of 2 teams came to the house with a few of their staff to review what work was required: the mold team & the builders. Then they started - they worked, explained the procedure, & were timely. The workers were professional & led by qualified, patient, professionals. The finished product was better than expected. Paul Schuyler, project manager, kept in close contact with us throughout and responded in a timely fashion to our many questions and requests. We found Paul to be sensitive to our anxieties and therefore easy to communicate with. He returned our calls and texts quickly. Not being on site (we have been back north in Massachusetts) during the entire remediation has been difficult for us; however, Paul did a valiant job keeping us updated. Upon completion of the job Paul faced-timed us and walked us through our condo showing us each of the rooms that were repaired. He followed up by texting us a handful of pictures of the completed work. Owen our estimator was timely, reviewed everything, was honest about what was needed, and they have extremely fair pricing. Once the job was approved Scott, the Project Manager made this process easier than I could have ever expected. He knows his stuff was! Scott was thorough, talked thru all the details, dealt with all my questions, provided advice/assistance in picking out color schemes, and made it all an enjoyable experience. Judith FeldmanAn overhead pipe sprung several leaks over it's 45' length. By the time I discovered that it wasn't a roof leak (a story for another day) and that it was the overhead copper piping, the leak had spread, turned colors and became a black mold party. Having worked with All Claims before, I called them immediately! They removed all the soaked insulation and drywall, sealed off the affected area and dried it out the area thoroughly. When the mold report came back negative, they rebuilt, re-insulated, painted, cleaned up after themselves - all in timely fashion. I can't say enough good things about Mike Deno and his crew - they are capable, courteous, friendly, efficient, as unobtrusive as possible (when gutting one's home) and every one takes great pride in what they do.
